Medical Refunds & The CMC Protocol
If you are unable to dive due to illness and require a refund, we require a formal doctor’s note from CMC (Dr. Darío). This ensures that your health is being monitored by a specialist who understands the unique physiological demands of diving.
The Sobriety Policy
We celebrate the spirit of Cozumel, but the reef demands your full presence.

The Reality: A hangover does not qualify as being “sick.”

Quiet Authority: We reserve the right to refuse service and prevent you from diving if our crew senses you have been partying or are under the influence from the night before.
